Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dumpster Supply ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit dfw.dumpsterflow.com, call or text any phone number shown on or dialed from this website, or ask us for a quote. It covers information we collect online and offline through this website and those phone numbers.
Who We Are
Dumpster Supply is an independent local company that provides dumpster rental services in Texas. When you rent a dumpster, your rental agreement is with us, and your rental is governed by that agreement.
A marketing service provider based in Brazil manages this website, our phone and text line, and our advertising on our behalf. In this policy we call it "our marketing provider." It is not a party to your rental and does not deliver or pick up dumpsters. It works on our behalf, and it also uses some information for its own business purposes, as explained below. You can ask us for its name and contact details at [email protected], and requests you send there also cover the copies it keeps.
Notice about targeted advertising. This website uses advertising tools from Google that can use information about your visit to show you our ads on other websites and apps. This is called targeted advertising. Some state laws treat it as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. You can turn it off with the Reject button in our cookie notice or with a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, it stays off until you click Accept. Your options are explained in Your Privacy Rights.
Information We Collect
We collect these categories of personal information:
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the address where you want the dumpster.
- Project details, such as dumpster size, type of material, delivery and pickup dates, and notes you give us.
- Calls and text messages, including your phone number, the date, time, and length of each call, call recordings, voicemails, written transcripts, automatic summaries, and the content of text messages.
- Records about your request, such as the price we quoted, whether you booked a rental, and, if you did not, the likely reason based on the conversation.
- Payment information, such as the card details you give when you pay for a rental, and records of your invoices and payments.
- Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, the ad and keyword that brought you here, buttons you tap (for example, to call or text us), and cookie and advertising identifiers.
- Form technical data. When you submit a form on this website, it also records your IP address, your browser details (user agent), and the page you came from, and stores them with your request.
We collect this information from you, automatically from your browser or device, from our phone system and the service providers listed below, from our own business records, and from Dumpster Supply staff who record the details of your order. We do not collect precise location from your device, and we do not use your voice to identify you.
How We Use Information
- To answer your calls, texts, and quote requests, give you prices, send invoices and payment links, and schedule delivery and pickup.
- To alert Dumpster Supply staff about your request, including automatic alerts when a new request comes in.
- To text you about your quote and rental (see Text Messages).
- To keep records of quotes, bookings, payments, and conversations.
- To check the quality of our service and train our staff, including by reviewing call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and texts.
- To measure and improve this website and our advertising, including which ads lead to calls, texts, quote requests, and rentals.
- To build advertising audiences from visits to this website, which can be used to show our ads to people who visited it.
- To prepare reports for Dumpster Supply and to calculate what Dumpster Supply owes our marketing provider (see below).
- To protect this website from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with the law, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
How our marketing provider uses information
Our marketing provider uses personal information to run this website, the phone and text system for our line, and our ads for us. It also uses it for these purposes of its own:
- Reports and billing. Dumpster Supply pays our marketing provider based in part on the number of rentals that come from this website and our ads. To count them, our marketing provider reviews quote requests, call recordings, transcripts, and texts, with help from AI tools. It sends us reports that list each request, including the customer's name, phone number, quote, and whether a rental was booked.
- Improving its services. Our marketing provider may review full conversations, with the help of AI tools, and keep internal notes that can include your name, phone number, the price you were quoted, and short excerpts of what you said. It uses them to improve the call scripts, sales guidance, and AI assistant instructions it prepares, including for other dumpster rental companies it works with. It does not use your phone number or your consent to receive texts to market to you, for itself or for any other company.
How We Share Information
We share personal information with these categories of recipients:
- Our marketing provider, as described above. Its staff may also answer calls and texts, or send texts, in our name, including quotes, invoices, and payment links.
- Our phone and text provider, Quo (OpenPhone Technologies, Inc.). Quo carries our calls and texts, can record and transcribe calls, and creates automatic summaries of calls using AI. Quo may use its own AI service providers to do this.
- Invoicing, payment, and dispatch services that Dumpster Supply uses to send your invoice, take your payment, and schedule delivery and pickup. They receive your name, contact details, service address, and order details, and they may send you automated emails or texts, such as a payment link or a message that the driver is on the way.
- Automation and customer relationship (CRM) tools, such as Zapier, Inc., which may receive quote requests and records of calls and texts and pass them to our phone system and to a customer relationship (CRM) service connected to our marketing provider's automation account.
- Google LLC, through the Google tools on this website described in Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools, and through the cloud email, spreadsheet, and document services our marketing provider uses to receive requests and prepare reports.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which protects and delivers this website. All visits to this website pass through Cloudflare.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores this website and form requests on servers in the United States, and backup services that store copies of this website.
- AI providers, such as Anthropic, PBC, whose AI models our marketing provider uses to read, summarize, and classify call transcripts and texts, and OpenAI, whose tools its staff may use when reviewing these records, for the reports and service improvements described above.
- Content delivery and font providers, which receive your IP address when your browser loads files from them.
- Authorities and advisors, when the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others, including in connection with a legal claim.
- A buyer or successor, if Dumpster Supply is sold, merged, or transfers its business.
Some of these companies may also keep and use the information they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. This includes Google, which may use information collected by its cookies and tags on this website to improve its products and to deliver ads. It also includes our phone providers and the AI providers named above, which may use it to provide and improve their services. Dumpster Supply may share customer records with other companies it works with, such as advertising platforms. Contact us if you want to know more.
Sale of personal information
No one pays us for your personal information, and we do not sell sensitive personal data. We pay our marketing provider for its services, in part based on the rentals that come from this website and our ads, as described above. As explained in the Notice about targeted advertising above, some state laws may treat our use of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data.
Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools
This website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools, some placed by other companies. They collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit, and the buttons you tap. We use these tools for security, to understand how the website is used, and for advertising.
- Google Tag Manager loads the other Google tools on this website.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived. It uses cookies and runs in an account managed by our marketing provider. Our marketing provider uses one Google Analytics account for this website and other dumpster rental websites it manages, so it can see visits to this website together with visits to those other websites. Learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads measures which ads lead to visits, taps to call or text, and quote requests. It stores ad click identifiers in cookies. Google may also add your browser to advertising audiences based on your visit, which we can use to show you our ads on other websites and apps (remarketing). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads based on your past visits to this website or other websites.
- Calls from Google ads. If you call us by tapping a phone number in one of our Google ads, Google may route the call through a Google forwarding number and share with us call details such as your area code and the start time and length of the call. When you visit this website from a Google ad, the phone number shown on the website may also be replaced by a Google forwarding number that works the same way.
- Security tools. Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA protect this website from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse. They collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser data, and how you interact with the page, and they set security cookies. Cloudflare may show you a security check before you can open the website.
Tracking over time and across websites. Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps when you use this website. Through the shared Google Analytics account described above, our marketing provider can also recognize the same browser across this website and the other websites that share that account.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and sharing for that browser, in every state. Our advertising tools then work as if you had clicked Reject in our cookie notice, even if you clicked Accept, as described below. Google Analytics follows the choice you make in the notice.
Cookie notice. This website shows a cookie notice with Accept and Reject buttons and a link to this policy. It controls Google Analytics and our advertising tools. Here is how it works:
- If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, based on the approximate location of your IP address, these tools start turned off, and they turn on only if you click Accept. They also start turned off if you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or if we cannot tell where you are visiting from.
- If you visit from anywhere else, they start turned on, and they turn off if you click Reject.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our advertising tools stay off in every state, even if you click Accept.
- While these tools are off, Google's tags do not set or read cookies for them, do not send Google the contact details you type into a form, and do not use your visit for ad personalization or remarketing. Google's tags may still send Google limited information that does not use cookies, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the fact that a page was viewed or a form was sent, which Google may use to measure ads.
- Your choice is saved for up to 180 days in a cookie on this website called vi_consent. Some browsers keep it for a shorter time. To change it, use the Cookie choices link on this page, or delete this website's cookies in your browser, and the notice will appear again.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.networkadvertising.org and optout.aboutads.info. These choices apply to the browser or device where you make them.
Calls, Call Recording, and AI
Calls to and from the phone numbers on this website may be recorded and transcribed. Our phone system, provided by Quo, can create written transcripts and automatic summaries of recorded calls using artificial intelligence (AI). Voicemails and text messages are stored in the same system. Dumpster Supply staff and our marketing provider can listen to recordings and read transcripts, summaries, and texts. We use them to answer your request, keep accurate records, check quality, train our staff, and prepare the reports described above. Our marketing provider may also review them with the help of the AI providers listed in How We Share Information.
Recording can start as soon as a call connects, and you may not hear a recording notice at the start of the call. If you do not want your call recorded, please email us at [email protected] instead of calling.
Payment cards. Please do not send payment card numbers by text, email, or web form. If you pay by phone, the person who takes your card details works for Dumpster Supply or, on some lines, may be a member of our marketing provider's staff helping us. Our marketing provider does not charge your card, but its staff may send you invoices or payment links from our systems. Because calls may be recorded, card details you say out loud may be captured in the call recording and transcript, including in copies our marketing provider keeps and reviews with AI tools.
Voice. We do not use your voice to identify you.
Text Messages
Program: Dumpster Supply Quotes and Rental Updates. When you text our number, when you check the optional text box on our quote form, or when you agree on a call to get texts from us, we may text you from (817) 730-4083 about your quote, delivery and pickup, payment, and customer service, including follow-up messages about the quote you asked for. These follow-ups may include a limited-time price on that quote. You can ask for a quote without agreeing to receive texts. Texts may be sent by our staff, by our marketing provider's staff, or by automated systems in our name. Other than a price on the quote you asked for, we do not send offers, newsletters, or other promotional texts.
Texts for Dumpster Supply are sent by Dumpster Flow, our marketing provider, which manages our phone and text line. Texts to and from this number go through a business texting account on Quo. The invoicing and dispatch systems Dumpster Supply uses may also send you automated texts about your order from a different number. Those texts are not part of this program.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- For help, reply HELP or call us at (817) 730-4083. A member of our team will reply.
- Reply STOP to any text from (817) 730-4083 to stop all texts in this program. We may send one message to confirm. You can also tell us by text, on a call, or by email at [email protected] that you do not want texts. If you also want to stop the order texts from those invoicing and dispatch systems, please tell us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information. We do not sell your mobile number or your text message opt-in data, and we do not give them to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with aggregators and providers of the text message services, and with the automation, customer record, and website hosting services described in How We Share Information, which store your request. Your phone number and the texts you send us may also appear in the call and text records that our marketing provider reviews with the AI providers described in How We Share Information, and in the reports it prepares for us. More details are in our SMS Terms.
How Long We Keep Information
We do not yet have fixed deletion schedules for most records. Today:
- Form requests, and the technical data stored with them, are kept in the website database and in website backups until they are deleted.
- Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, voicemails, and texts are kept in our phone system until they are deleted.
- Our marketing provider keeps copies of conversation records, its internal notes about conversations, and reports until they are deleted.
- Google Analytics keeps detailed, visit-level data for 14 months. Summary reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
- Google, Cloudflare, and other companies keep the information they receive according to their own policies.
This means most records are kept until someone deletes them, which can be longer than we need them. While we keep them, we use them only for the purposes described in this policy, such as serving you, keeping business, tax, and legal records, measuring our advertising, and handling disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Privacy Rights).
If Dumpster Supply stops working with our marketing provider, our marketing provider may keep copies of the records described in this policy until they are deleted, and it may give Dumpster Supply copies of your requests and conversations.
How We Protect Information
We take steps to protect information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website, security and bot protection from Cloudflare, and password-protected accounts for our phone system, website, and advertising tools. Copies of some records, including call transcripts, call summaries, and texts, are also kept on our marketing provider's computers in Brazil. No website, phone system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Where Your Information Is Stored
This website, our phone system, and most of our service providers store information in the United States. Our marketing provider is located in Brazil. Its staff access your information from Brazil, and it keeps copies of some records there, such as conversation records, reports and backups, on its computers and cloud accounts. The privacy laws of Brazil may differ from the laws of your state.
Children's Privacy
Our services are for adults. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it as described in Your Privacy Rights.
Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we have personal information about you, and give you access to it, including a copy in a format you can use.
- Correct information about you that is inaccurate.
- Delete personal information about you.
- Reconsider our decision, if we deny your request (an appeal).
You can also opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, as explained below.
How to make a request. Call us at (817) 730-4083 or email [email protected]. To protect you, we will ask for details that confirm the request is yours, such as your phone number and service address. We do not ask you to verify your identity to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, or to stop texts. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof that you gave permission. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request. We will respond as soon as we can, and within the time required by the law that applies to you.
Deletion. When we delete your information, we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as booking and tax records, and a record of your request. Some copies, such as backups, service provider logs, and records kept by our phone provider, may remain for some time, and we do not yet have fixed schedules for deleting them. We cannot delete information that Google and similar companies hold under their own policies, but you can use their privacy tools.
Opting out of targeted advertising, sale, and sharing. Our advertising tools work through cookies in your browser. You can opt out by clicking Reject in the cookie notice on this website, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Either choice applies to the browser where you make it. To change your choice later, use the Cookie choices link on this page. If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, our advertising tools stay off until you click Accept. Our marketing provider does not upload lists of your contact information to advertising platforms. Dumpster Supply may use its own customer lists with advertising platforms, for example to show ads to past customers.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Appeal." If we deny your appeal, you can contact the attorney general of your state.
